Brad Kerschensteiner, LMFT

Brad Kerschensteiner, LMFT maintains an integrative practice in Miami Beach that includes Executive Coaching, Business Training and psychotherapy services. Brad also acts as the President of Integrative Change, Inc., a business network dedicated to health and wellness professionals with clusters in South Florida and New York City. He also serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Oasis Institute in Aventura, Florida, an integrative medical office.

Executive Coaching & Training

Brad works with executives and businesses worldwide to improve leadership, team effectiveness and work performance strategies. His services are completely unique in that they combine both coaching and key insights from cognitive behavioral psychology.

His clients include Young Presidents Organization in the United States, South America and Africa as well as Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach, where he provides educational lectures on stress management and mind-body health. He is one of the select practitioners in the U.S. who has received advanced certification as a trainer in the Awareness to Action™ process in which he utilizes the Enneagram personality system for coaching business executives and their teams. Bradley is also one of the selected coaches for Florida International University’s Principles Leadership Development program.

Psychotherapy

Brad maintains two psychotherapy offices in Miami Beach. He also serves as the primary Behavioral Therapist for Canyon Ranch’s renowned integrative health and wellness center. He treats individuals, couples and families for a wide range of issues including addiction, mood disorders, trauma, personality disorders and relationship issues. He has advanced training in EMDR, Mindfulness-based psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and the Enneagram personality system. He integrates various therapeutic techniques to meet the specific needs of the client.

Brad received his Masters in Integral Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2003. Previously, Bradley served as the Assistant Clinical Director at G & G Holistic Addiction Treatment, Inc. in North Miami Beach. 

He has extensive experience practicing both individual and group psychotherapy, having worked in the addiction field in both San Francisco and Miami.

Brad has also provided clinical trainings for mental health agencies and substance abuse treatment centers including: Walden House (San Francisco, CA), G & G Holistic Addiction Treatment, Florida International University, Milestones in Eating Disorder Recovery Center, GEO Care, Inc., The Treatment Center and Seaside Addiction Treatment Center in Palm Beach, Florida.

Caryl Keating Photo Dr. Caryl Keating , Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.). She serves as The Chapter Director forthe Integrative Change Network in Broward and Palm Beach County in Florida. Dr. Keating maintains a private practice and offers Mind-Body Skills Groups and Workshops. Dr. George Munoz

Dr. Munoz’s initial self-education approach was replaced with a formal 2 year post doctoral fellowship in Integrative Medicine (2006-2008), taught by world class faculty at the prestigious Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, founded by Dr Andrew Weil. Dr Munoz was selected as the first rheumatologist of the fellowship program to be trained in integrative medicine and was hand selected as the first recipient of the Jones- Lovell Rheumatology Scholarship award. Dr Munoz is a world class trained arthritis specialist, internist, medical anthropologist, integrative medicine specialist, national lecturer, author, and martial artist who blends his training, experiences and acquired knowledge into cutting edge wellness, anti-aging and disease prevention techniques. Dr. Munoz practices in Aventura, FL and has been a member of Integrative Change since 2010. Lucinda Kerschensteiner

Lucinda Kerschensteiner As a catalyst for programs with significant social impact, Lucinda specializes in social entrepreneurship. Having received her Masters Degree in Business / Global Social & Sustainable Enterprise, Lucinda dedicates her career to assisting businesses that are in the business of doing good for the world – whether in their own community or in other parts of the world. 

Her involvements include providing business development services in Lusaka, Zambia where she and her team improved management approaches for a small manufacturer of mobility devices serving base-of-the-pyramid populations. In addition, Lucinda provides business support services to Shonaquip CC and Uhambo Foundation, both of Cape Town, South Africa. Lucinda has experience in workforce development, corporate coaching/training and small business development. Her innate ability to coach, train and facilitate equip her to contribute to team development, strategic direction and program development.

James Rohr

Jim Rohr-new James Rohr is a Florida licensed Acupuncture Physician and Doctor of Oriental Medicine. He is nationally certified in both acupuncture and Chinese herbal therapy. James completed his undergraduate studies in anthropology at Stanford University and his graduate studies in Chinese medicine at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego. He also completed a certification program at Chengdu University in China. James has extensive history working in integrative centers, providing the best in traditional and modern medicine. Prior to relocating to Florida, James was also a clinical supervisor and professor of acupuncture at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago. David Miller

His background includes a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and accreditations by numerous programs of study in business-to-business and business-to-consumer communications. His occupational focus for over 30 years has been business development and communications management. His special areas of expertise are marketing strategy, branding, and messaging. His primary motivation in this chapter of his career is to help well-intentioned organizations spread the word about their offerings. His work has included help to non-profit and for-profit companies who provide services in disabilities management, community education, suicide prevention, wellness center care, and organizational development. Early in his career, he worked for national and global product manufacturers including Compaq Computer Corporation, Pepsi-Cola, and O’Neill, Inc.
